As LiveRamp grew into an enterprise company, it needed a manifesto to help employees align on messaging, products, corporate values, and culture.

Impact

As lead designer, I worked through rounds of feedback with senior leadership and the content lead to lay out and illustrate the book. 

Illustrative approach

Because this was an internal document and not client-facing, I had an opportunity to push the illustrative style beyond its usual boundaries. Using the corporate brand palette and patterns to ground the document, I took a bolder, more expressive approach with the illustrations, particularly with the Villian, Hero, and Solution personas.
